CPL Energy Services was established in 2004 in compliance with Legislation introduced by UK and Irish Governments which has brought the requirements of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD) to the attention of all those involved in the design, construction or sales of both new and existing buildings. This is the procedure of tracing any unwanted or uncontrolled airflows within the property and then sealing them to stop this air leakage. We also offer SAP calculations, energy performance certificates, spillage testing and acoustic testing.

Our energy assessors are professionally trained & fully accredited to provide a range of tasks such as air tightness testing, SAP calculations & Energy Performance Certificates for new builds as well as existing dwellings.
